Outdoor Executive Coach

simon hawtrey-woore

Simon Hawtrey-Woore is an Outdoor Executive Coach. He leads his life with a deep curiosity for people and experiences, a desire to keep things simple and a love of the outdoors. Simon is passionate about developing senior leaders to create inclusive cultures. Simon strongly believes in powerful questioning and inspiring natural spaces to open fresh perspectives that generate clarity.

Through a 20-year marketing agency career, Simon built extensive leadership and hands-on business management experience. As a result, he knows first-hand how easy it is to be sucked into the four walls of the day-to-day and lose sight of the bigger picture, meaning and purpose.

Simon has always been passionate about team performance and helping others to reach their full potential. He first trained as a coach 18 years ago and transitioned from his communications agency to start a coaching practice full-time ten years ago. He trained initially with the Coaching Academy and then with Hult Ashridge and maintains a continuous professional development programme, including regular supervision and a personal performance coach. Simon is also a Point of Value facilitator, guiding individuals and organisations to align with their core values for enhanced team performance.

Simon works with purpose-driven leaders who want more influence within their organisation and create a more significant impact, helping them break through the barriers between potential and performance.

As well as coaching one-to-one clients, Simon is a group coach and facilitator specialising in personal and organisational values and empowering leadership.

All Simon’s work is in nature – from parks to forests to beaches to mountains, in real-life walking sessions or roaming audio.
