Prior to establishing Up Rising, Natalie worked within the professional services industry for 18 years (latterly as an M&A Partner at Deloitte) where alongside leading global transactions she was a Talent Partner and Coach with HR. She’s led projects internationally for some of the biggest global companies managing large and cross-border teams. She understands the pressures of corporate life and how to build working cultures that combine high performance with positive wellbeing – places where people can thrive.
From 2018-2021, she held a part-time role of Chief Wellbeing Officer for Deloitte Financial Advisory where she embedded a wellbeing and culture strategy for a business of 2,500 people. This strategy and programme won a Deloitte Global Talent Recognition Award in 2021 for its positive impact on employee experience, engagement and working culture.
Natalie co-founded Up Rising with Phanella in 2019 in response to rising demands from leadership clients to help them tackle how to create an organisational culture that demands both performance and wellbeing, understanding the importance of leadership behaviours and the rising challenge of how to support employees with increasing instances of stress and anxiety.
She now coaches senior leaders across professional services, law firms and recruitment organisations and delivers on Up Rising’s leadership and culture programmes.
She is a passionate advocate for workplace culture transformation through leadership coaching, training and accountability.
Natalie is regularly in supervision and maintain my standards in line with the EMCC Code of Conduct.
She was recently named as a Top 100 Female Entrepreneur in 2020 by F-Entrepreneur Awards. She is also a full board member and Trustee of caba – the charity which supports the chartered accountancy community.
Formerly a Partner at Deloitte, Natalie understands high stakes leadership and is passionate about advocating for workplace culture transformation to ensure that everyone is able to thrive.
