simon hawtrey-woore

Outdoor Executive Coach

Simon Hawtrey-Woore is an Outdoor Executive Coach passionate about developing senior leaders to create inclusive cultures where unique abilities can be respected, valued, and flourish. Through a 20-year marketing agency career, Simon built up extensive leadership and hands-on business management experience, knowing first-hand how easy it is to be sucked into the four walls of the day-to-day and lose sight of the bigger picture, meaning and purpose.

Simon first trained as a coach 18 years ago and transitioned away from his communication agency to start a coaching practice full-time ten years ago. Simon loves to work with purpose-driven leaders who want more influence within their organisation and create a more significant impact, helping them break through the barriers between potential and performance.
